Direct from the North Pole, our elegant and fun loving character is attired in dazzling white top hat and tails with a touch of icicles. He roams amongst the children telling a quick two minute story about life in the North Pole while sprinkling some magic snow (shredded plastic) on the children. Delightful if paired with the Ice Maiden!
