Part of the International Spectaculars group of companies Essential Talent has employed thousands of performers  since the company's inception in 1985. 

Essential Talent produced it's first show "Kapades On Ice" in 1985 followed shortly after by a string of bookings in Asia. This was the first of many shows to follow, which would see the development of the talent agency and production company working hand in hand to create quality entertainment.

Essential Talent continued to grow to become a major supplier of entertainment to Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Today we pride ourselves in supplying quality to our clients, planning, creating and delivering amazing entertainment and events for our clients. Our staff will oversee the entire process from planning, casting and finally the delivery.

Essential Talent has an extensive wardrobe department, recording studio & editing suite.Our production team includes costume and set designers, musical arrangers, script / copy writers, directors, choreographers, lighting / sound designers and visual artists. 

We also have many shows packaged ready to go from original musicals, circuses, ice skating spectaculars, magic shows, cabaret revues and kids mascott shows to name a few.

It doesn’t stop there Essential Talent also own and tour pop up ice rinks complete with skates, helmets and skating aids. 

Our high standards and extensive experience in touring entertainment has been the secret to our long term success and return clients year after year.

THEATRICAL PRODUCTION HOUSE – Producing and touring unique and original theatrical productions to Amusement Parks, Casino’s, Shopping Malls and Cruise ships throughout Asia and Australia. Essential Talent has employed over 1000 performers to date in shows ranging from Musicals, Circuses, Ice Skating Spectaculars (On our portable Ice Rinks), Magic Shows, Cabaret Revues and Kids Mascot Shows to name a few.

Our state of the art facilities include a recording studio, editing suite and wardrobe department. The production team includes costume and set designers, musical arrangers, script / copy writers, directors, choreographers, lighting / sound designers and visual artists.

We have a number of ready to go shows for clients looking for short and long term contracts. Our extensive experience in touring shows guarantees a high standard of show.

ENTERTAINMENT ACADEMY – The school runs classes in singing, Classical dance, Tap dancing, Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop, Circus Skills, Acrobatics, Contemporary and Acting. We are dedicated to training performers for the industry ensuring a never ending flow of talent. Essential Talent Performance Academy is now the largest entertainment school in Adelaide featuring 5 state of the art training studios running approximately 70 classes each week.
